NEW STUDY! Parasym Plus™ for Multiple Sclerosis › Forums › PrettyIll.com Discussion › Coping › Coping with diverticulum in the intestine
Hi EDSers, I am suffering from EDS Type Unknown ( Skin Biopsy could not identify my Type).
Now genetic testing will be done. I have a small diverticulum in my intestine. Now I am concerned
that it could rupture due to my EDS. My doctor although did not recommend a regular gastro- endoscopy.
He said the risk to rupture the vessels during the procedure is too high. Well, the diverticulum is small, should I just ignore it?
Does anyone of you have experiences with EDS related diverticula?
Have a nice weekend!

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
