I’ve been on the low histamine/anti-inflammatory diet for a couple of months and I think it is already making a difference to my GI tract and my general wellbeing. I’m not having so many reactions to foods and I am being very strict with myself. I was already on Ella Woodward’s diet and it only need a little refinement to work it.
I think the combination of foods, supplements and herbs is ideal and I feel that I am doing the best for my body. The information on this site, via Dr Driscoll and also low histamine chef, Yasmina Ykelenstam have given me endless help and possibilities. Thank you!
