Ack I know what you mean by peeing out everything! I do take supplements. Salt obviously, magnesium, systemic enzymes, licorice root, ephedrine, and some others as needed. I actually was on fish oil for years but through trial and error found it was causing me to bruise a lot more often which meant it was making my blood even thinner, thus reducing the pressure and volume so I stopped. Now that I know what’s up I’m mostly now trying to tackle this through cardiovascular conditioning, and and addressing the overactive immune system/mast cell disorder.
