I love the Soothing Digestive Aid where it was the only thing that got me having regular bowel movements. It worked for a month and I felt amazing. Then it stopped working and I’m back to once every 3-4 days. Has anyone experienced this or know what’s going on scientifically?

Can I ask you if you have also tried Parasym Plus? Meanwhile, I do love Soothing Digestive Aid! I see some folks drinking apple cider vinegar and just cringe—acid (apple cider vinegar is acetic acid) is NOT good to put on the esophagus! Putting in a pill protects the esophagus and the ginger soothes the stomach lining for us “sensitive” folks. Hang in, my friend.
