Yes, I did a study over several weeks and took and wrote down my BPs at numerous times each day, during various positions, doing various activities and through a variety of worsening symptoms and I found various trends, another one was that I had the most severe leg pain when my Pulse Pressure was in the low to mid 20’s.
It’s down on my ‘list of things to do’ to learn more about these things, so one day I’ll get round to it. I’m certain that these things could be included in the basis of more customised testing for POTS/Dysautonomic people.
