OK, the scientist in me would love a ‘control test”. Does the same thing happen if you drink ice-water (meaning it’s the temperature of the fluid causing the change), did you try it with JUST celery? JUST parsley? A different vegetable? You get where I’m going with this, right? I’d love to see if we can pin-point what ingredient — exactly — is the cause of your relief.
