I’m so happy you are seeing some benefit. I *think* the more dramatic effects are evident in those of us with more severely low acetylcholine (or more obvious vagus nerve problems). In my case, I got so bad that I couldn’t get out of bed, think, or have a bowel movement. I even started hallucinating (which was horrifying). I hope most of us don’t need to get that bad to enjoy the benefits. And you are right! they can’t test for levels of acetylcholine, sadly. Deficiencies must be recognized by presentation (which can be tough if a patient has 50 symptoms!). 🙂
