I rotated the 3D scan 90 degrees, to see it in better perspective. There also seems to be an irregularity here, on the spinous process of C4, where I have marked in purple. These spinous processes should all be relatively equidistant, held so by ligaments. I wonder, is that why you need a BiPAP machine to help you breathe ?
