If you have raised intracranial pressure, I know that can affect your eyes, it can cause blurry vision and/or light sensitivity.
Another factor that could be involved in your light sensitivity is Vitamin A deficiency. A non-clinical test for this is to be outside in the sun for a while and then come indoors. If it takes a long while for your eyes to adjust to the dullness, then you’re probably vit A deficient. Good sources are Eggs, liver and Sweet Potatoes.
Magnesium deficiency can contribute to the headaches/migraines, especially if you regularly take painkillers (many types deplete Magnesium) so try taking Epsom Salt baths. Your body will absorb what it needs through your skin.
