I apologize. I only just found out about this research myself. Dr. Theoharides is a physician pharmacologist who has done much research into mast cells and has developed products that have been very successful for some. Here is a link to his website and a search phrase that I use to find out more about him. He has many videos on his website that explain his research which is mostly involved in autism but also other zebra like conditions. I would really like to find natural alternatives to taking the pharmaceutical histamine antagonists and pharmaceutical Mast Cell medications. I’ve also found a lot of great information at the website “healing histamine” even though I don’t think I really have histamine intolerance.

Dr. Theo mast cell
“Pharmacology is the core of translational research leading to ways of alleviating disease. We study how mast cells are involved in allergy and inflammation. We showed that mast cells are activated by CRH and neurotensin secreted under stress to release inflammatory molecules selectively, including mitochondrial DNA (“innate pathogen”) leading to disruption of the gut-blood-brain barriers and to inflammation. We have also shown that the flavonoid luteolin is inhibitory, and a patented liposomal formulation NeuroProtek®, benefits patients with allergies, autism and chronic fatigue syndrome.”

What others say

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
