(Im joking, but anaphylaxis is a real concern with me.) i took 2 the next morning and could acttually feel it kind of wear off when i had a fatigue level increase. So i took one more.
I do not take it past 4pm or it can keep me awake. It’s kind of stimulating.
Right now im at 2 in the morning and i only take one in the afternoon if i am going out somewhere.
I know i need to pace myself going forward and don’t want to over do things too quickly. My body needs to heal and i need to build stamina as i go.
But that’s me.
Everyone is different, i have to kind of play with dosing with an upper limit being “As Directed.”
I do well with less of anything as oppossed to more.
But again, that’s me.
It’s very powerful and im half scared i might start jogging or something if i ever got up to theee a day.
My spine can’t do it. Yet!
I have lost too much muscle being in bed so long so im going to increase slowly. If at all.

What others say

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
