Thanks for the feedback. I have just the opposite problem. Loose bowels several times a day so Parasym probably won’t be for me until I can get that under control. Dr. Diana suggested the z/z meds but not much help there. I could only take 1/2 of the Zyrtec a day. Anymore and my heart would start racing. Just started colostrum and it is showing promise with my digestive problem. Please let me know if Parasym starts working better with your pots, brain fog, etc.
