I’ve been taking Parasym plus going on 1 year now and I must say it has changed my quality of life…well…dramatically and wonderfully. My brain is working!
I am taking it with diamox. Regarding diamox: it is not working as well as at first. But perhaps my co2 is off. Haven’t been paying the needed attention to it. I am on a modified ketogenic diet and perhaps consuming some of the foods I need to avoid. Need to review that. Headaches truly change my personality and make the gift of living more challenging thus the reason I checked in on the prettyill forum.
