I was just coming on after watching your video! I think the video was interesting, but am having trouble finding where/if you’ve previously discussed acid/alkalinity and how it affects all this. I’m new to the Driscoll Theory, stumbled across it Monday. I’ve been diagnosed with POTS and ‘hypermobile joints’ (by my therapist); I see my rheumy in a few weeks to discuss EDS. I suspect I have EDS and am ready to start a few things already!!

I too have the angel wing pain and have for about 5-6 years now (which is when my daily, never ending headaches began). I’ve been ill enough to want an answer for 3 years now. However, I’ve been fainting since age 5 and just now realized joints aren’t supposed to bend like mine ;). As I lie here on my couch, I have terrible neck/shoulder pain… until I stretch my neck up. It almost feels as if my neck is ‘sinking’ down into my body. I’ve had MRIs and they ‘say’ no Chiari (although my 1996 MRI said there was a minor herniation). I, too, have Vitamin D deficiency. Also low progesterone w/estrogen dominance (that doesn’t really respond to progesterone supplements). I have lines in my nails, blurry vision, 4 thyroid nodules (‘normal’ thyroid levels), and seemed to get worse after recent chiropractic care.

So, can you point me to the area re: ph levels? Last week, I got ph strips to begin testing (for suspected Candida overgrowth) and my urine ph ranges from 5 to 6.

Oh, and from the video…alkaline drops & diet are HUGE :).

Thanks!!

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
