And I would imagine exercise or deep breathing would increase oxygen & help to flush out acids/toxins.

Hi, that would sound so easy, but with most of us having pressure on our vagus nerve making it harder to breath or exercise, sometimes it’s just not that simple. Exercising with hydrocephalus can be interesting, too! I remember when I first became sick, I went to the cardiologist because I had sudden onset tachycardia and I felt like I couldn’t breath. I told him I lost the ability to exercise. His prescription? EXERCISE. Agh! Now it all makes sense, though… 🙂 Diana
