I can see that it’s possible to have pressure behind the eyes caused by raised intracranial pressure (ICP) from excess cerebro spinal fluid (CSF) collection within the skull and also be suffering from hypotension (especially if the ICP is caused by a blockage to the flow of the CSF, for example) and the hypotension is merely lack of fluid.
As far as my memory goes though for POTS, it’s usually defined by tachycardia without hypotension, unless things have changed.
