Listen to what it says there because the mid sagittal MRI shot doesn’t give a true measure of the level of cerebellar tonsilar herniation. Dr B there says the diagnosis (or not) of Chiari based on this views measurement can be misleading. Check it out, it will make you more informed for when you’re discussing it with your doctor
