OK, Lab-Scientist-Lady and Huey, I’ve consulted my IT dept. (that would be my husband!) — If you cannot retrieve the document by cutting and pasting, can you double check by going to “Articles and Handouts” on the home page? It should still be the first one listed. If you can’t download it there, you likely don’t have Adobe Acrobat (needed to download PDF’s). It is a free download (the good news!). If it is a problem for a lot of folks, I could check into putting the document in a different form. We are a world-wide forum, with lot of different technology used among us, so this is a bit tricky. Can you give that a whirl? Thanks so much, everyone! 😉
