What do all you do for physical activity to loose weight when you have EDS? Has anyone ever tried T-Tapp?
What is T-Tapp? I think we are all very different — doing what we can is a good rule of thumb! Whether that is running a marathon, getting on a recumbent bike, swimming, or just trying to sit up for a couple of hours! I’ve been sitting on an exercise ball to try to help my core and spine when I can’t do “real” exercise. Any one else? 🙂
