I didn’t respond to the other post fast enough, and now I can’t find it LOL!

Celery parsley juice helps with my symptoms in a matter of minutes. It is a miracle juice for me. When I am burning up, short of breath, veins distended like you would not believe, etc. – celery parsley juice is the answer. Dr. Diana, when I come to Texas I will show you the video of my veins constricting. It is about six minutes long, as I videotaped myself drinking it as well. And as you can imagine LOL you cannot drink this quickly ๐Ÿ˜‰

    CELERY / PARSLEY JUICE RECIPE:
-a general rule of thumb is one celery bunch to one parsley bunch
-If the parsley bunches are small, use more
-It is a lot of work, so I suggest making a few days worth and storing it in mason jars
-I use a green star Kempo juicer, So I do not know how well the cheaper ones juice vegetables
-I juice (my friend does it bc my neck is too sore) three celery bunches and three parsley bunches and usually get 5ร—500 mL jars
-I use raw honey to preserve the juice [4 tablespoons mixed with some green juice and then distribute that between the jars]
-Be sure not to leave more than 1 tablespoon of space between the lid and the juice-and excluding foam ( or will not preserve properly)
-This is not my recipe [it is from a book called We Want To Live – the Primal Diet (by Aajonus Vonderplanitz)

Yes, this juice tastes as terrible as it sounds LOL! But you will soon discover that it’s benefits far outweigh the taste ๐Ÿ™‚ I am used to the juice now and I do not mind the taste. However, if you are just starting out, you may want to go a little easy on the parsley and work your way up to the 1:1 ratio. However-keep in mind the more parsley you put into it the more effective it is. I do not know if it is effective when it is not full strength.

If anyone decides to try this, please let me know if it helps with your symptoms. I know when I am having one of those “attacks”, this juice helps right away.
It cools me down when I am burning up, it constricts my veins when they are distended and I feel 50% better after only a few gulps and 90-100% better within five minutes of drinking 500mL.

Hi MJ! I lose threads all the time. HA!
OK, the scientist in me would love a ‘control test”. Does the same thing happen if you drink ice-water (meaning it’s the temperature of the fluid causing the change), did you try it with JUST celery? JUST parsley? A different vegetable? You get where I’m going with this, right? I’d love to see if we can pin-point what ingredient — exactly — is the cause of your relief. Wanna play “junior scientist”? ๐Ÿ™‚

Sure, that sounds like fun. My friend is coming over to make the juice tomorrow. I will try a few different things. But I cannot promise that I will drink pure parsley juice! I do have other juices that my friend makes as well – Carrot and cucumber (kept separate). Those he makes for my 17-year-old dog. But I drink them too since we are making it anyway. I will do some testing with those as well. There was another juice that did help-it was so long ago and it happened by accident-I cannot remember what I drank. But we will figure this out!

And a scientist is born!! You’ve seen it here first, everyone! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Oh, and don’t forget the ice-water! Will you be filming? You need proper documentation if you’re going to be a REAL scientist! Plus, we ALL want to see you swallow the stuff you make for your DOG. hee-hee.

Yes, I will be filming everything! I studied mathematics for commerce in University, so I am extremely detail oriented person. I will write up a report for you. It will take me some time to put everything together, as my energy is low.

Just to give you a taste (hee, hee) of what is to come, cucumber juice was EXTREMELY unsuccessful at combatting symptoms. It did, however, COMPLETELY constrict the veins. In fact, my hands and feet did a 180 and instantly went from hot to cold. Details will be in the report.

    Hi MJ,
I not sure with my nausea issues if I could get past the taste. Let me know when you get it out of the guinea pig stage, and find the key ingredient. ๐Ÿ˜‰ lol.
    Thanks,

Scientist MJ, I’m curious — how can you tell it constricted the veins, and not the arteries? Veeeeery interesting…. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Well, I can only report what I see. I do hypothesize that the arteries constricted as well, but I do not have any proof. If there is anything specific you would like to see in the report, please let me know ๐Ÿ™‚
