    hi i need help finding and downloading theory I and II. also, in july i have tilt table and qsart and would like to know when i should stop heart meds, thyroid, zertex,so my test are accurate. thanks so much.

    Hi I can’t find the Driscoll Theory part 2 either – it has disappeared from amazon. I was hoping to buy it as an e book so I can read it as soon as possible. Although the paper book seems to have disappeared too.

    Found part 1 and read i just now – very interesting. Thanks for all your hard work Diana. You are amazing.
