I would like to talk to my doctor about possibly going on Diamox and/or a beta-blocker for dysautonomia due to EDS, but I need a copy of the Driscoll Theory so he knows why I am asking and can read about it for himself. How can I get a copy?
I searched this website and couldn’t find any info, and it’s no longer available on Amazon (unless I want to spend $999 on it).
Help!
Dr. Diana pulled the book from the shelf to do some updates. (I know, I was sad too when I went to purchase it.)
I believe the handouts should have the studies and information needed.
My Dr. Was very opposed to giving me Diamox. I hope your experience is much easier than mine. 🙂

Do you have a link for the handouts? I couldn’t find anything except videos, and they’re not usable in an office visit.
http://prettyill.com/resources/articles the article entitled, “Poster – Acetazolamide as a Medical Treatment Option for Patients with Neurodegenerative Disease”.
(Acetazolamide is another name for Diamox)
Maybe listen to her videos on Diamox a couple of times and take notes also.
Hope this helps, and best of luck to you!

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
