Hi everyone. I have been breathing shallow for more than 2 decades, but with the help of my massage therapist and the Acuball, I CAN FINALLY BREATHE DEEPLY, EFFORTLESSLY! It only lasts for a few days at a time, but boy is it worth it. There is SO much tension and PAIN in my thoracic area, especially between the shoulder blades. When this area is worked on, I can breathe deeply; yeah! Another thing that causes me to breathe deeply is if I push my head forward from the back. But I have to hold it there. Does anyone know what this is about? Could it be a CCI? It’s like I can’t hold my own head up, and I’m pushing forward into the proper position. I forgot what it feels like to breathe deeply; so happy 🙂
