Hello all,
I have EDS hypermobility/classical type overlap. I have been suffering for years from tinnitus, nasal congestion, and unusual reactions to pressure changes (I can not dive deeply underwater, as I feel a lot of pressure on my eardrums, and similar effect happens when I’m in a train that enters a tunnel).
I have recently had a nasopharynx endoscopy, revealing that my Eustachian tubes are basically fully open, which is known as patulous Eustachian tubes. According to wiki, this is a rare conditions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patulous_Eustachian_tube .
Does anyone else here suffer from EDS and patulous Eustachian tube? If so, have you found any solutions/things that help?
Thanks!
