Just some information for anyone else out there with EDS hypermobility/joint hypermobility and scoliosis and resulting posture problems. I have told EDS doctors for years that I had posture problems but the physical therapy was just to strengthen muscles. I have started posture correction with a new method that uses the ABS instead of the back and it has been great. It takes a bit of getting used to actually sitting and doing things in a new manner but it is well worth it. It is called the Postural Restoration Institute. Definitely worth checking out if you have posture problems and pain.

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
