NEW STUDY! Parasym Plus™ for Multiple Sclerosis › Forums › PrettyIll.com Discussion › Vision › Sensitive eyes- impossible reading or watching tv
Since my symptomes (dysautonomia, mast cell and maybe more) got serious three months ago. (before I thought it was panic disorder)
I can’t read or watch a tv because my eyes became light sensitive, sometimes blurry vision. And, if I try I get a burning sensation on the back of my neck and my head if I don’t stop(which is pretty horrible), later I get really long migraine. Did anyone expercienced this? And to which trouble it could be due?
If you have raised intracranial pressure, I know that can affect your eyes, it can cause blurry vision and/or light sensitivity.
Another factor that could be involved in your light sensitivity is Vitamin A deficiency. A non-clinical test for this is to be outside in the sun for a while and then come indoors. If it takes a long while for your eyes to adjust to the dullness, then you’re probably vit A deficient. Good sources are Eggs, liver and Sweet Potatoes.
Magnesium deficiency can contribute to the headaches/migraines, especially if you regularly take painkillers (many types deplete Magnesium) so try taking Epsom Salt baths. Your body will absorb what it needs through your skin.
Hope some of this helps
