ParticipantHello There! I was wondering what “diets” or healthy eating lifestyle changes that you have made? In the last 2 months I have become sicker than usual. I was able to exercise doing
The Firm, which is pretty hard at first even when your well, and was feeling good. Then summer hit and I began to eat a lot of fruit. Copious amounts of watermelon because “it’s fruit of course its good for me”. Anyway, I am hoping that my diet was the cause of why I am in the bed 60% percent of the time. I started a low carb/high natural fat and protein diet. I am in just the first few days and feel like crap. I have researched candida yeast and my goodness either the symptoms just overlap with mine or I have a ton of yeast that is making my symptoms even worse. Either way I am going to stick with it. The website is
http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com. There is so much information about chronic illness and also a lot of success stories. Anyway, I was just wanting to know what you guys eat?August 22, 2014 at 9:20 am #5038SunshineLollipops
ParticipantHey There, I wanted to check back in and give an update on the diet plan. I have been on it for about 9 days now and have already seen some progress. I had had severe flakey dry skin on my pinky for almost a year. There wasn’t anything that would cure it. I tried Cortizone cream, lotion, you name it I tried it. It would wake me up with serious itching and oozing and it was always red and sore. My pinky is now flake and itch free! Also, I have hyper adgregenic pots and everyday around 12:00 pm I would become almost hypothermic. I would shiver and shake my lips would turn very pale my fingers would too and I would be dressed in layers and under the covers, in the summertime! That has disappeared entirely. I feel like I have more energy. I am able to drive comfortably and go out to some stores. My heart rate is still high but according to the website and its healing information, whatever symptoms were the last will be the first to go. I began to notice my heart rate being high March of 2013. The website owner is a holistic nutritionist and she says for every year you have been sick it will take one month so I will keep records of this healing and hopefully I pray I will come back and update that my heart rate is not as high and noticeable. I wish you all well and the best of luck.
