Dr. Diana, both a doctor (therapeutic optometrist), and a recovered POTS and ME/CFS patient, offers help and hope for POTS, Dysautonomia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Lyme, vascular abnormalities, Fibromyalgia, and Multiple Sclerosis. Oh, my. This one is special. It says “strength” with the closed fist. But us zebras know that it also says “zebra — handle with care” because of the hypermobility and the horizontal ridges on the thumb nail indicative of chronic illness. I got goose chills seeing this photo… Love it! And thank you for sharing this! I will think of it in moments of weakness! STRENGTH! Wow, this is powerful… 😉
