http://onelegoutofbed.blogspot.com/2010/09/most-common-dysautonomia-symptoms.html this is a link to symptoms of dysautonomia. http://asap.org/index.php/disorders/chiari-malformation/ here is one on Chiari symptoms. Here is one on MCAS http://www.medpagetoday.com/resource-center/anaphylaxis/mast-cells/a/37978. They all have overlapping symptoms. Good luck!

The diamox might really help you.

Do you have Ehlers- Danlos Syndrome? Have you had an MRI of your brain? Have you heard of Chiari One malformation? Those symptoms mimmick Chiari and vise versa. There is a subset of EDS patients who have a chiari malformation which is harder to diagnose without upright MRI.

So sorry you have been feeling ill. Perhaps it is something in the air, where you live, triggering your symptoms or something you like to eat… which could be anything. Could be a perservative in some medicine that you take. It really could be any number of things triggering your mast cells to degranulate. I did the elimination diet, gluten and stawberries are big triggers for me. Alcohol too. Do you take any benedryl? I know they say save it for when you are really sick maybe you can take them more regularly until you get the mast cells in check? Just a thought.

Don’t quote me on this but I think the diamox is only for the pressure and not for systemic inflammation. Getting the mast cells controlled with H1 and H2 blockers, benedryl, and medicines like gastrocrom seem to be more for the mast cell stabilization which in turn reduces inflammation. Hope this helps. Npt sure what you mean by switching from type 1 collagen to type 3.

Ohh thats so exciting! I think we should do it again! Thank you so much for the chance to show my spoonie art! After my first born passed away I hit a really rough patch, taking pictures helped me come out of that terrible sadness. Thanks to Mother Nature, I too, can be an artist! It looks as if your odontoid is retroflexed slightly. Also the disks in your neck are degenerating. I suspect the your odointiod is pressing against the bottom of your brain called basilar invagnation (sp?) Your tonsils are low lying. I suspect high pressure as it looks like too much fluid in your cisterns which would cause chiari symptoms. Also do you have EDS? If so your results would be drastically different if you had an upright MRI.

Barbra thank you! I am unsure what the name of the blue flower, as it is a wildflower, but I thought it was a neat picture. That panoramic skyscape was taken in my backyard at sunrise. I just love that time of day. Thank you for looking at my pictures and thank you for commenting! gentle hugs xo
