Hi Doc,
1) Is it generally best to take the PP on an empty stomach ?
2) Is it ok to pull apart the capsules and empty the contents into water and drink stir it in and drink the lot – I often have difficulty swallowing caps ?
3) On a seperate but important note can you please advise me on how to post a thread ? I’m probably being daft and maybe haven’t read something properly. Also I cannot remember my password but I seem unable to post a help request.

There seems to be no means of contacting TJ Nutrition, I would like to get an idea of the status of my order.
Hi,
Thanks all for your replies.
I just tried again to via amazon.com (USA) but the I received the same error message and it wouldn’t let me past that stage and therefore couldn’t place the order. I tried several times but same thing happened each time.
Mycic83 – how much did amazon.com charge you for shipping ? TJ Nutrition charge flat rate $29 for international shipping so if amazon charge the same then I may as well try to order thru TJ, I would like to save costs if possible.
I too am in the UK and absolutely desperate to get parasym plus, PLEASE Doc can you arrange to get it shipped over here asap ?
