Thank you so much for your reply, Dr. Diana, as I navigate these new waters. I am so glad I bought your book and have had many ah-ha moments, like things are finally making sense at 48. So with regards to the Zyrtec, I think you meant 10mg twice/day and Zantac 150mg twice/day. The Diamox seems to be helping with the pain, in particular at night (when it’s worse), so I’m very happy about that. I will see if my doctor will let me try a stabilizer as I’d prefer not to be on Zyrtec for too long as it makes me sleepy, and I need energy! 🙂 Take care and thanks again.
