I like my temperpedic mattress. No springs, coils ect to poke in any area and it is soft and very comfortable and I sleep good in it. My other thing is all cotton clothes, bedding ect. My other favorite is cotton tank or camisole bras. Easy to put on, good for layering, and no binding.
