Ginkgo Biloba Update
Well, I had high hopes Ginkgo Biloba would help relieve my headaches a bit but, sad to say, it hasn’t. Oh well.
I did get some headache relief from magnesium L-threonate! An 85% lifting of the literal cloudiness of vision activity. Plus a bit more thinking ability. At first it improved my headaches 85%, too! I was over the moon happy, but then I ran out so didn’t take it for a couple weeks. Started again but I never got the headache relief I’d had. Who would have thought. I even called the mfg. to see if batch might be bad. So, if you try it and it works, be aware that may happen if you stop. Also, it crosses the blood brain barrier, which is a bit scary for me but sometimes we must make those decisions as to when quality of life is more important than risks. It is available as vitamin and appears Source Naturals has the best price. I only take 1 capsule at night rather than the 3 capsule schedule recommended. I may try adding another capsule. Just need to work up the courage.
