It is difficult to say if your parasympathetic nervous system is low from your post, but it is certainly possible. We can’t measure acetylcholine in the blood, but we can look at presentation and get a general idea from that. Constipation, fatigue, dry eyes, large pupils are some of the most common symptoms we see (although constipation can be masked by diarrhea from inflammation). POTS is not necessary for this presentation, but is not uncommon. Fingers crossed for you!
