    Hello,

I am in the works to be diagnosed with EDS (going to geneticist in April, have all of the overt Classical Type EDS symptoms) and I also am on the Autism Spectrum. I have been doing some research and notice that some say that there is a connection between the two, but I don’t quite know what to make of it.
I also don’t know if its something important that I should be telling my doctor that I’m an Autistic when I see him. Does it factor in at all?

What others say

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
