Hi my 19yr old daughter has EDS with POTS and gastroparesis, she was on PEJ feeding for 2yrs but is not tolerating the feed any more as she has intestinal failure. She is now in the process of going on to TPN feeding:(
All I would like to know is can Parasym Plus be crushed and given via the PEJ into the jejunum??
    Will it be as effective??

Yes! Parasym Plus is capsules that can be opened and contents added. Please let us know how it does. It needs to be absorbed in the intestines — we just don’t know how important duodenal absorption is. I doubt that it is critical because it is such a short section of the intestines.
