Dr. Diana pulled the book from the shelf to do some updates. (I know, I was sad too when I went to purchase it.)
I believe the handouts should have the studies and information needed.
My Dr. Was very opposed to giving me Diamox. I hope your experience is much easier than mine. 🙂
