    Hey There,
I started a new eating plan that I think may help your sinus problems, which may be due to an overgrowth of yeast. The website is http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com . I am not affiliated with the website but yeast overgrowth can have so many of the same symptoms as a lot of us have and could also worsen them. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Wanted to do an update on my meds. I brought Dr. Blair Grubbs analysis on Hyper Adregenergic Pots to my PD. I am taking 30mg of Cymbalta and only on day 2, I feel a difference in my energy levels. Also, my pulse is somewhat lower, although I think it is too early to give all credibility to the Cymbalta. I was also prescribed 0.01mg of Clonidine to take at night because my adrenaline really spikes at bedtime. I only took half the first 2 nights because I wanted to ease into it slowly. I fell asleep fast but woke up a couple of times the first night. The second night I felt like my heart went up a little. I talked to my pharmacist and she seemed to think it was the Cymbalta and not the Clonodine and to take the full amount tonight, which I will. My blood pressure is good and my pulse seems a tad lower today even while doing some housework, yes!, I can clean up the house without seeing stars or having an attack that puts me to bed. I am also following the same diet, high fat/high protein/low carb as well. I hope this can help anyone suffering through the same ordeal. I wish you all the very best luck. Keep fighting for yourself because you are worth it. 🙂

Welcome to the wonderful practice of doctors. My primary doctor is okay, meaning ,I do all the research ,bring in the results and she writes the prescription. My cardiologist was a moron who after having allergic reactions to 2 different beta blockers decided there was nothing more he could do to help and that I should drink more water and not have caffeine, which I drink about 100oz of water or more a day and do not have caffeine. My heart rate was 170 and I was crying on the phone with the nurse because the good doc would not even schedule me an appointment. The very best doctor with thorough knowledge and excellent bedside manner was….wait for it…. a podiatrist! Yes, a foot doctor, looked at my purple feet and said ”you need to get your heart checked”. Maybe you already know this but in case you don’t here is the truth, if a ”doctor” cannot sell you prescriptions he cannot keep you coming back in and thus cannot keep you as a patient because you are not a profit. Medicine in this day in age is money unless you can find a rare doctor who actually went into to medicine to help. I am going to start reciting their pledge to “do no harm”. In not treating, or in your case, withholding any information, you are in fact doing harm. Honey, you have to be the one fighting for you, spending countless hours reading things you may not even understand, and then looking up those things and reading forums to find information. It seems like you are but to anyone else reading this please take this to note. Your doctor doesn’t live in your body, he will never know how it feels to be you, he will never go home thinking about your suffering, you have to be your own doctor and present what you find, you have to fight for you. Many hugs to us all. May we all find what works for us. 🙂

Hey There, I wanted to check back in and give an update on the diet plan. I have been on it for about 9 days now and have already seen some progress. I had had severe flakey dry skin on my pinky for almost a year. There wasn’t anything that would cure it. I tried Cortizone cream, lotion, you name it I tried it. It would wake me up with serious itching and oozing and it was always red and sore. My pinky is now flake and itch free! Also, I have hyper adgregenic pots and everyday around 12:00 pm I would become almost hypothermic. I would shiver and shake my lips would turn very pale my fingers would too and I would be dressed in layers and under the covers, in the summertime! That has disappeared entirely. I feel like I have more energy. I am able to drive comfortably and go out to some stores. My heart rate is still high but according to the website and its healing information, whatever symptoms were the last will be the first to go. I began to notice my heart rate being high March of 2013. The website owner is a holistic nutritionist and she says for every year you have been sick it will take one month so I will keep records of this healing and hopefully I pray I will come back and update that my heart rate is not as high and noticeable. I wish you all well and the best of luck.

“Dr. Diana will always hold a very special place in my heart for her selfless devotion to helping everyone, not just the Ehlers-Danlos community. I hate to think what my life would be without her insight and guidance.”
